FRIENDS
Considering she's a demi-goddess of Immortalis, friends are rather hard to come by. Sure, she has subordinates and fellow leaders, but at best those people are acquaintances, not friends. A notch above that would be respect for people she considers strong, but that's still not close enough. She's also too focused on her goal of getting strong to actively seek friends. But that doesn't mean she's completely closed off from the idea. It may be a slow and gradual process, but someone who's patient enough can try to befriend her. Her quiet demeanor can be unnerving, and her red-eyed-stare can be scary, but if you look past that, you can try. Oh, and if you can give her a good and exciting Pokemon battle, you can be promoted to "Friendly Rival" position in her books. And that's not far off from friendship if you have a good disposition and personality.
ENEMIES
She is an Immortalis demi-goddess. If you are from Hydra or Phoenix, then you are an enemy by association. Personally, she is neutral. Anyone who's capable of Pokemon battling is an opponent to her, but she's not one to aggressively hurt people or Pokemon unless necessary or when Immortalis calls for it. With her quiet personality and tendency to only speak when necessary, she can get hot-headed people riled up or insulted without meaning to.
LOVERS
She's single-minded regarding her goal, so if she has not much time for friendship, all the more she doesn't have time for romance. A steel heart like hers would be tough to melt, but if you've got enough fire, you can do it. It's easy to get through to her when it comes to Pokemon battling.
OTHERS
With the Steel type's potent defenses, Chrome won't go down easily in battle. And looking at her roster, her Pokemon are no sitting ducks either, they are very much capable of going on the attack. I'm very much up for Pokemon battles; I like writing those. Oh, hand-to-hand combat? I'm game for that, too. ^^
Her post-traumatic stress disorder (more details on her biography) might need to be addressed in the future. I think what she needs is a good old befriending. Or that someone needs to beat into her head all that 'true strength' drama. You know, how true strength is supposed to be about protecting the people you care for, and all that. but if you have other ideas, I'm certainly up for them.
