Appearance
Blaise is a tall, lean twenty year old. He keeps his form by working out when he can, which would explain why he's not really that tan, spending less time than he would normally want on the inside. He used to be more for the outdoors, until Pastoria was taken over anyway. Since then he hasn't gotten much sun, but he's got just enough not to be too pale. He's got green eyes that normally carry a mischievous glint to them. His hair is a soft golden blonde, though sometimes the color fades out, indicating that it might have not always been that color. When this happens, he is more of a strawberry blonde. Though even if he dyed his hair, it would be one of those things he doesn't talk about.

His clothes often vary from style to style. Sometimes, he'll be wearing a certain brand, and other times, a simple T-shirt and jeans combination. He loves things that are comfortable, and doesn't believe that fashion actually really matters. And in his honest opinion, if you were to have problem with his style, he wouldn't really be able to care much about it. He often wears a set of jingly bracelets, and even has a piercing on his ear, where he wears one stud.He's not much for looking proper to little old men and ladies, but he at least tries to hide the stud when in the presence of an old person that doesn't annoy him. But if they do annoy him...well then it would be in his best interest if they do see it.

Personality
Blaise is a lot of things, but these things stand out among the rest:
-A Trouble sense- This doesn't apply to everyone he knows, but to those that are close to him, he gets a gut feeling in him whenever one of them is in trouble. From then on, he'll do anything and everything to help the said person in need.

-A Level Head- Most of the time, Blaise is calm about things. He's not often seen losing his temper, and he's normally the first to come up with a plan after thoroughly assessing a situation. Though his calm and sensible attitude annoys some, it is a benefit to others.

-Protective- Blaise is protective of those he loves. With his trouble sense, this is especially true. Though he doesn't try to save them just to make the feeling go away, it sure helps when it finally does. He doesn't tolerate anyone messing with those he cares for, but he isn't overly protective.

-Happy- He's for the most part happy. Put him by someone he loves hanging out with, and he's a happy panda. Though there are times, mainly when he doesn't like someone, that he'll become quieter and slightly colder around them, often pulling those he likes away from them when in the same vicinity though acting cheerful in doing so.

-Good Sense of Humor- He has a fairly good sense of humor, jokes being able to make him laugh quite easily.

Oh wait, there are some problems...

-Carefree- This is probably his biggest problem. He doesn't care much for well...anything. Ask him to tell the person he loves that he loves them? Sure. Ask him to run a marathon and represent you? Sure. As long as its at least half way sensible, well, he'll do it.

-Jealous- All though Carefree, he is different when it comes to that one special person. He dislikes other men talking to the...lucky lady, but only if he feels they have an interest in her. Other than that, he doesn't care much.

-An Enigma- His past is something he doesn't talk about much. Not because it's painful for him, but just because he doesn't think it's too important. Though he never really shows anyone where he lives, what he does in his spare time, and it's even hard most of the time to learn exactly what he is. He doesn't speak about himself unless asked to, and even then he doesn't reveal anything. Only those who know him well (and those who need it), know his last name.

-Problematic- His being carefree leads to him being quite the problem sometimes. In a sense, he has no shame, so he'll say a lot of things that piss people off, especially if he's defending someone in an argument that isn't even his problem...which normally makes more problems.

-Holds things in- If he's upset with you or a situation, the only time he'll ever show it is in extreme cases. Normally he just festers quietly until the problem is resolved.

Lazy- He just....hates having to do things, He can do things, but he needs a bit of coaxing most of the time.

History
Blaise was pretty set in life. He grew up in the bountiful area of  Sootopolis City, Hoenn. For some reason, he was never really bothered with the lives of those around him. In general, he concerned his parents because he wasn't really concerned with...well, anything. Blaise on more than one occasion had gotten into some kind of fray,, but when asked to explain himself, he would simply tell them that he'd take whatever punishment he gave them, and that would be that. He went about doing his own thing, and he never really cared much about what others thought or did to him. Mainly, most fights he got into, were for someone talking badly about his mother and or father. This was never explained to them however. Eventually, once Blaise turned 15, he moved out, and headed for Sinnoh, where he lived with his uncle in Pastoria City.

And in Pastoria he stayed, until it was overrun by the Immortalis,  and became one giant prison hold. Blaise managed to escape it, though his uncle hadn't been so lucky. With no idea where his uncle had ended up, Blaise kept on running. He ran until he ran into Michael, leader of a rebel group, the Phoenix Group. He found himself quite at home with them, and enamored with the idea of both rebellion and his own freedom. He put a lot of care into raising the two Pokemon he had managed to take with him, Rowly and Popper, and he has found his home with this crew. Hoping to figure out where his uncle is and rescue him, that is one of Blaise's biggest goals.
