Appearance
Michael stands at five feet eight inches, and his total weight is around one hundred and sixty nine pounds. His body has a slight muscular build to it, this shows in his arms which have defined features of the time he spends working out, but do not look like he is a massive body builder. His abs are also a clear give away that he makes sure his body is in shape, as they form a nice six pack. Michael's face which had one point had once held scars on it has now cleared up, and only a few scars actually remain visible he however no longer hides the scars on his face.

Michael's hair which had at one point had been red has now been dyed a light blonde color, and the contacts he kept in his eyes which allowed them to appear red have been removed showing off his light amber colored eyes. The man's skin tone tends to be on the tan side of things, he spends so much of his time outside and with fire Pokemon its to expected. Michael's overall style of dress has changed much over the years of his life, and as of right now he likes to dress himself in hoodies, tank tops, baggy shorts, and baggy jeans. While he knows that what he wears might not be best suited for his kind of work, he likes to be comfortable while helping saving the world.

Personality
It has been easily said by many that Michael was a natural born leader, ever since he was little he's had a special way of moving people with his words. From getting the kids hanging out with him to do stupid stuff, to wooing a girl off her feet Michael's way with words is second to none. He uses this gift of his to give faith to those who fall under his command, and he also likes to think that sometimes actions speak louder than words. Which is why his approach to taking the region back is more aggressive than that of Hydra.

Though this is not to say that Michael is an angry person because he is not, in fact the members of Phoenix who have actually spoken with Michael one on one and have seen him in person can tell you that he is mostly calm and collected. He speaks with a well-manner tone of voice addressing those around him who deserve his respect respectfully. Michael also doesn't like to refer to himself as the leader of Phoenix unless he has to, he likes to think of himself as just another member. He understands that your not going to get many people to follow your cause if your thinking your higher than everybody else. Though while he doesn't like to think of himself as the leader, he is fully aware of the weight he is carrying on his shoulders.

Though like most people Michael isn't without his fault, one of them being that he likes to drink when he's under stress. He enjoys the feeling of a nice glass of whiskey going down his throat. The problem with this is he finds himself becoming an addict to the alcohol, drinking more and more even when's not stressed. Another one of his keys faults is that Michael likes to keep most of his problems bottled down inside of himself, and finds it hard to actually truly open to someone. He also fears that if he does let his problems and deeper emotions out that some might actually use them against him.

When it comes to fears Michael actually has another one, and that is he will die before getting to make a change to the world, that he'll be unable to keep the promise he made to two special someones.

History
Michael never knew a world where people and Pokemon could travel together freely and explore the regions. He was one of the unlucky kids to be born and raised when Team Rocket had started its utter take over of the Kanto Region. For the most part his family did its best to obey the rules that Team Rocket had set for the Kanto region, or at least his mother and he did. His father on the other hand couldn't stand what Team Rocket had done to the region and he also couldn't stand how no one had come to help them. So what did Michael's father do? He rebelled against the Rockets, he fought in trainer battles, raised Pokemon, and defied the Rockets with everything in his being. It was a mistake.

The Rockets had taken enough of the crap all the rebels were giving them and deiced they'd make an example out of one of them. While Michael was away playing in the forest Team Rocket made their way to his house with a Charizard, and burned it down to the ground. Michael arrived home just in time to hear his mother and father screaming for their lives as the fire burned away at them. When he rushed up the house The Rockets laughed and said he was lucky that he wasn't home after kicking more nine year old Michael around a little bit they left.

Michael was left alone standing front of his burning house tears streaming down his face and the sound of his mother and father burning alive fresh in his young mind. Though...instead of living the rest of his life moping and crying about the young Michael..looked at the flames and deiced he'd make a difference. A anger built up inside of him that day, along with a new found understanding of just how dangerous a flame can be. You see on that day Michael made it his life goal to end what Team Rocket had done to the region, and he'd do using the very fire they had destroyed his childhood with.

Michael's first few attempts at making difference in Kanto when he was younger failed, almost getting caught a few times and barely slipping away. Though on one unlucky day Michael actually did manage to get caught by the Rockets, he was ten when this happened. They actually tied him up and let a Pokemon use Furry Swipes on his face, giving him quite a few nasty scars. After doing this to him they kicked him out of the base, and his anger towards the Rockets grew stronger.

It wouldn't be until a year later that Michael really got kick started into the rebellion. You see it was a year later when he was eleven that he might his best Trinity Vanheart, who had an Electabuzz to counter the Magmar that Michael had stolen from a Rocket. The two of them quickly became close friends bonding over a need to help make the world better, it was the two of them that started the gang known as Leviathan over in Kanto. The gang slowly made a name for themselves and so did a young Michael who was becoming a very large pain in Team Rockets side.

Though the real pain that he would cause the group wouldn't start until he was at the age of seventeen. He had been a rebel for most of his life with Trinity and his gang had managed to pick up quite a few members, and Michael had become so much of pain for Team Rocket they had actually given out Wanted Posters for him. Though even with all these things Michael was unaware of how much his life was about to change, you see when he was seventeen he might someone that would slowly become the most trusted person in his life and someone he would love very dearly. He met Cherise, who at first seemed a little untrusting of him but after under going a mission with him she seemed to grow to trust him a little more. After awhile of opening up the girl, and sharing things with her he thought he'd only ever share with Trinity he found himself falling in love with her.

In what was a sweet scene in there hidden base the two ended up finally dating and Michael made a promise to her that he would one day make things right in the world, but just like there is sweetness in life there is also sadness. Team Rocket was starting to push more on the region and was getting more aggressive, and they had even brought in Legendary Pokemon. Michael and a few other members a led a mission to invade a Team Rocket base and set lose one of these Pokemon. A Pokemon by the name of Victini, the Victory Pokemon. However upon letting the Pokemon go it ended up growing attached to Michael and the two of them slowly began friends. Victini worked with the group along side Michael for a little before vanishing the day that Michael and the others had to flee Kanto.

Michael didn't want to but it was something that had to be done and with Johto not being safe choice they ran to Hoenn, and found that things were worse in Hoenn. They found out that Team Rocket had joined with the other teams of the regions and deiced it was time to rule but first they needed legends. During the day Hoenn was flood Michael lost his best friend...Trinity. Trinity had got caught up in the flood and Michael couldn't do anything but flee as his best friend was washed away with the region. He made a promise that day to his dead friends that he'd make sure turn the world into a better place for him.

Michael then went to Sinnoh with Cherise and began forming the Phoenix along side Ex-members of Team Magma. The anger he had felt when he was kid had long sense faded and he was long trying to win this war out of simply revenge, no...he needed to win this because it was the right thing to do.
