Appearance
Zeke is actually physically incapable of not smiling for the most part. His face is frozen in a psychotic grin that only goes away in times of great emotional stress. His eyes are also mostly closed, yet he's still able to see perfectly fine. His eyes are rarely seen, but when they do open, you'll see his irises are silver, just like his hair. Most of the time, he keeps his hair down in his face in public to cover his face so as not to attract attention.

His clothing always consists of a black shirt, black pants, black boots, and a long, black trenchcoat. His shirt will generally have a yellow smiley face of some sort on it, depending on his mood. His pants are always the same; adorned with thick silver chains and a small smiley face pin on the left knee.

Personality
Zeke is a borderline schizophrenic and suffers from forms of dementia and hysteria at times. His personality is very unstable as a result of this. At the best of times, he is calm and quiet. He seems like a normal guy in every way except for his ever-present smile and slitted eyes.

At worst, he's a raving lunatic. When he gets into gear and starts trying to hurt people, he gets crazy. He's more inclined to be violent and to use brash language. He has a voice in the back of his head that will tell him to hurt random people, though he doesn't always listen.

History
Most of Zeke's life has been normal. His mother and father were very much in love and they cared for him as if he were the only thing that mattered to them in the world. At eighteen, this changed. His father, unbeknownst to Zeke, had struggled with dementia for a long time before he met his wife. One day, it came back with no warning and no remorse.

Zeke came home to find his father on top of his mother with a knife in her mouth. His father slowly carved a smile into his mother's face, then rammed the blade down her throat. Zeke's own insanity, which had been dormant for eighteen years, finally snapped. He let out a loud scream and jumped on his father, wailing on him with his bare hands. When his father was finally down, he pulled the knife from his mother's corpse and stabbed his father repeatedly, even after he heard the dying gasps. As soon as he was finished, a smile crept onto his face and he started to laugh. He hasn't stopped smiling since.

After that, Zeke was recruited into Team Rocket and worked his way up through the ranks quickly. When the merger between the three teams came, it was only logical to make Zeke the God of Darkness. He took a Deino as his first partner, realizing that someday it would grow into a creature made for destruction.
