it's hard for chauncey to make friends. he's socially awkward, normally keeping to himself and never engaging in human contact unless absolutely necessary. it's a wonder how he got so far to some. friends are hard to come by as he doesn't trust them. he believes they're always judging him, and he's always afraid that they would never accept him for who he is instead of how he looks. when you have the joker face going on underneath your mask, it's easy to understand. however, absolutely know one knows about what he hides other than his pokemon and his deceased grandparents. if someone could somehow befriend chauncey in the slightest bit, you would have a friend for life. his loyalty is like that of a canine pokemon, so you can call upon him for anything. however, it takes a long time before he truly becomes comfortable around you, and there's a chance that he would never fully open up to his friends.

while it may be hard for him to be friendly, it's quite the opposite for enemies. being an immortalis god doesn't help one bit. his darkness can easily take over, and most people who try to become friends with him are instantly marked down as enemies because he believes that they just want to mock him and dispose of him in the end. he gets into quite a few fights, both hand-to-hand and pokemon-to-pokemon. it's hard to calm him down once he goes on a rampage, and being around those he hates doesn't make it any better. there are even times when someone will trigger in his mind an event from his childhood, and their image will be replaced with his father. let's just say you better run if he starts calling you père or padre.

there seems to be a long, painstaking hierarchy to everything. you start out as an enemy, try to climb up to a friend, and the top of the mountain is romance. if, of course, that is your destination. friendship tends to be enough for those who try, and most fail at even that. he's never been in a relationship as thus, and he honestly wants to stay away from it as much as possible. he just believes that after they get home run, they will ditch him. his insecurities also don't help in this matter as he's always afraid that, by showing him what he hides from the rest of the world, they will be repulsed and leave him. it's very complicated, and, for anyone who could ever get this far, good luck.

everything else! being immortalis, he will obviously have some relationship with the lower ranks, etc. he's a pretty fierce leader, and he isn't afraid to scare the grunt, force them to do meaningless tasks because he gets lazy, or just creep them out by staring at them with his mask on. there would probably only be two lower ranks (and his demi-god, though he has his moments of distrust) that he is more comfortable around and relies on more, but that's debatable. they would have to have a lot of patience when dealing with him. erm... he's pretty much open to everything. c:
